Submitting a ticket, photograph or details through this page provides personal information: potentially your name, address, date of birth, driver's licence number, vehicle information and offence particulars. We collect this solely to assess the matter and, if retained, to act for you. It is handled under Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and our own confidentiality undertakings. We do not sell your information and do not use it beyond your matter. We retain it only as long as necessary, then securely destroy it. You may ask what we hold, and withdraw consent, by writing to info@ticketdab.ca.
No agent-client relationship is created by this form
Sending a ticket, photograph, message or contact details does not create an agent-client relationship, and communications with an agent are not protected by solicitor-client privilege. That relationship begins only once we have confirmed we can act, checked for conflicts, and a written retainer agreement has been signed. Until then, please do not rely on us to act, to meet any deadline, or to preserve any right on your behalf.
