About this charge
Every IRS is reviewable through the SafeRoads Alberta portal within seven days, whether or not a related criminal charge exists. We assess the disclosure, identify the procedural and reliability grounds available on your facts, and conduct the review, in writing or by video, to seek cancellation of the sanction and the return of your licence and vehicle.
